When you decide to acquire a firearm from another Federal Firearms License (FFL) business or a private individual and opt for the convenience of having it shipped to our store for pickup, it becomes essential to undergo a Federal Firearms License Transfer (FFL Transfer) process. Our FFL Transfer Fee for each firearm is $35.00. We kindly request a processing time of 24 hours, starting from the day your firearm is delivered to our store, to ensure that it is received, processed, and accurately logged into our records before we reach out to you for pickup.
Upon arriving to collect your firearm, you will be required to complete an ATF Form 4473 to facilitate the necessary background check. Please be prepared to present a valid government-issued ID during the pickup, ensuring that it contains your correct legal name and current address, as mandated by law. It's important to note that only the individual whose name appears on the transferred firearm's paperwork is legally authorized to pick up the firearm, and the pickup must be executed by the original purchaser.
In the case of firearms sent by Private Individuals, we must receive a valid Driver's License from the sender along with the shipment to facilitate the processing of the item into our records. Failure to accept the transfer within 90 days from the delivery date, without prior notice or arrangement, will result in the forfeiture of the firearm to Parabellum Gear.
It's worth mentioning that Parabellum Gear handles a substantial volume of shipments from various carriers daily. While we make every effort to prioritize and expedite transfers, the unpacking and documentation process may take up to 24 hours.
