Texas License to Carry (LTC)
- 4 hours classroom instruction covering Texas laws, firearm safety, and dispute resolution
- Includes 1 hour of range qualification at Brazos River Sportsman’s Club
- Option for in-person or online classroom component
- Meets all Texas DPS LTC certification requirements
Youth Firearm Safety
- 2-hour introduction to gun safety, handling, and basic shooting principles
- Focus on respect, responsibility, and range etiquette
- Includes hands-on dry-fire and .22-cal supervised live fire
- Parent or guardian must attend with youth under 16
Beginner Handgun
- 3-hour course introducing handgun safety, parts, and operation
- Basic marksmanship, stance, grip, and trigger control
- Dry-fire practice and closely supervised live fire
- Overview of safe storage and transport
Intermediate Defensive Pistol
- 4-hour course focused on drawing from concealment, use of cover, and movement
- Live fire drills that simulate real-world self-defense situations
- Includes reloads and malfunction clearing practice
Low Light Defensive Pistol
- 6-hour course exploring handheld and weapon-mounted light techniques
- Shooting in low light conditions using flashlights, cover, and movement
- Emphasis on threat identification and decision-making under pressure
Home Defense & Non-Lethal Preparedness
- Focuses on layered security including pepper spray, tasers, flashlights, and firearms
- Family planning, safe room strategies, and non-lethal response options
- Use of lighting, alarms, and positioning to deter and defend
Essential Carbine
- 5-hour course focused on AR-style platform safety, handling, and marksmanship
- Includes zeroing optics, loading, reloads, and malfunction drills
- Target transitions and movement basics
Shotgun Defense
- 4-hour live-fire course covering pump and semi-auto defensive use
- Patterning, loading techniques, and recoil management
- Engagement drills from home-defense distances
First Responder LTC (3 Day)
- Three-day intensive course for EMS, fire, and cilvians
- Includes classroom, range, and live force-on-force exercises
- Tailored defensive tactics and legal considerations for professional carry
Skills Maintenance Workshop
- 3-hour live-fire refresher focused on consistency and core fundamentals
- Works pistol and carbine platforms; open to all prior students
- Fast-paced drills for accuracy, reloads, and transitions

Yes. We regularly host women-only handgun and home defense courses in a supportive environment.
Youth classes start at age 8 with parent supervision. Most live-fire adult classes require 18+ unless military.
Yes. Under Texas law, 18–20 year-olds can now obtain an LTC. Military service waives age restrictions.
Upon completing both classroom and range requirements, you’ll receive an LTC-100 (in-person) or LTC-104 (online) certificate.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior for refund or credit. No-shows may forfeit registration fee.
