Firearm and ammunition sales are final. We accept merchandise returns within 30 days, with a receipt. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We have established a partnership with Silencershop to handle the processing of tax stamps. The cost associated with obtaining a tax stamp and paperwork is $245.

In order to possess a suppressor, it is necessary to apply for a tax stamp and possess a valid government-issued identification. Should you require further details, please don't hesitate to contact us.

A single-shot trust is designed for a single item and a one-time use. On the other hand, a traditional trust allows for multiple items without any restrictions on amendments. The cost for a single-shot trust is $25, whereas a traditional trust is priced at $130.

Purchasing as an individual solely grants you possession of the item. However, acquiring the item through a trust permits you to include trustees and beneficiaries. Trustees have the ability to possess your NFA item even in your absence, while beneficiaries are designated to inherit the item.

After your order has been shipped, we will send a confirmation email to the email address linked to your order. This email will contain the tracking information. If you haven't received the tracking number, please check your email's spam filter settings. For registered users, you can access your purchase history by logging in with your username and password to view order details, including tracking information. If you opted for Route.com protection, you will receive supplementary tracking updates from Route.com.

If you’d like to cancel an order, you can use the ‘Cancel Purchase’ button on your order details page. To access order details, log into your Primary Arms My account and select the order from recent orders. You may still see an authorization charge on your payment account. In most cases, this charge will be removed by the bank in 3-5 business days. Note: Order cancellation must be initiated before the order begins fulfillment. Once your items are picked and packed, the button will disappear, and you will need to contact our customer service team for any further assistance.

TRAINING

Access the classes by navigating to the homepage and selecting the "Classes" tab.

Certain advanced classes may require prior education. The prerequisites for each class can be found in the class description.
