Official Rules for Parabellum Gear Monthly Giveaways


1. Eligibility
- **No purchase necessary to enter or win.**
- Must be **21 years of age or older** to enter.
- Open to residents of the **United States** only.
- Void where prohibited by law.
- Employees, officers, and directors of Parabellum Gear, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.
- Entrants must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including those specific to the state of Texas.
- Proof of age and residency may be required for entry.
- Entrants must have a valid government-issued photo ID.


 2. How to Enter
- Follow Parabellum Gear on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Submit your basic information (name, address, phone number, email address) on the giveaway page at [Parabellum Gear Website].
- Only one entry per person per giveaway period is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person or IP address will be disqualified.
- Entries must be received by the deadline stated on the giveaway page. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.
- Entries must be complete and accurate. Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified.
- Parabellum Gear is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undelivered entries, including those not received due to technical issues, network failures, or any other reason.

 

 3. Winner Selection
- Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- The random drawing will be conducted by Parabellum Gear or its designee, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
- Winners will be notified via email or social media within **7 days** of the drawing date.
- If a winner does not respond within **48 hours** of the notification, an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
- Winners must verify their eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules to claim their prize.
- Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, and a publicity release (where permitted by law) as a condition of receiving the prize.


4. Prize Details
- Prizes may include Parabellum Gear merchandise, such as apparel, accessories, and firearms.
- The specific prize for each monthly giveaway will be detailed on the giveaway page.
- No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at Parabellum Gear's sole discretion. The prize is nontransferable.
- Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Prizes will be shipped to the address provided by the winner, or in the case of firearms, to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder of the winner's choosing.
- Parabellum Gear is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay in the delivery of prizes.
- If a prize is returned as undeliverable, the winner will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.


5. Firearm Prizes
- Winner must be legally able to obtain a firearm and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Winner must have a License to Carry (LTC) or Concealed Handgun License (CHL). If the winner does not have a LTC/CHL, a National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) background check will be conducted.
- If the winner is found ineligible to own a firearm, they will be disqualified, and another winner will be selected.
- Firearm prizes will be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder of the winner's choosing, and the winner must take possession of the firearm through the FFL holder.
- The winner is responsible for any fees associated with their chosen FFL, including but not limited to transfer fees and background check fees.
- The winner must provide Parabellum Gear with the name, address, and contact information of the FFL holder where the firearm will be shipped.
- Parabellum Gear will not transfer the firearm directly to the winner; the winner must take possession through an FFL holder.
- The FFL holder will be required to verify the winner's identity and perform a background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
- The winner must comply with all requirements of the FFL holder to take possession of the firearm.
- Failure to pass the background check or comply with any legal requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.


 6. General Conditions
- Parabellum Gear reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Parabellum Gear’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway.
- Parabellum Gear reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
- Parabellum Gear has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the giveaway, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by giveaway rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering.
- Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Parabellum Gear reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Parabellum Gear's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.


7. Limitation of Liability
- By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Parabellum Gear and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
- Parabellum Gear is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway.
- Parabellum Gear assumes no responsibility for any misdirected or lost mail, or for any technical, computer, network, typographical, human, or other error which may occur in the administration of the giveaway, the announcement of the prizes, or in any giveaway-related materials.


8. Disputes
- THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF TEXAS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES.
- As a condition of participating in this giveaway, the participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Texas having jurisdiction.
- Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall the participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than the participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this giveaway). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
- If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Official Rules and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.


9. Privacy Policy

- By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to Parabellum Gear's use of their personal information for both online and offline direct marketing purposes.
- Entrants may opt out of receiving future communications from Parabellum Gear by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.
- Parabellum Gear will not share or sell personal information to third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the giveaway or as required by law.


10. Sponsor
- The sponsor of the giveaway is Parabellum Gear.


11. Winners List
- To obtain a copy of the winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, email your request to support@parabellumgear.com.
- Requests must be received no later than the 15th of the month following the giveaway.
- The winners list will be available after the winner has been verified and the prize has been awarded.


12. Social Media
- This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or any other social media platform.
- By participating, entrants agree to release Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other social media platforms from any and all liability associated with this giveaway.


13. Publicity
- Except where prohibited by law, participation in the giveaway constitutes the winner's consent to Parabellum Gear and its agents' use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.


14. Miscellaneous
- Parabellum Gear reserves the right to amend these Official Rules at any time without prior notice. If any changes are made, the revised rules will be posted on the giveaway page.
- It is the entrant's responsibility to review the Official Rules for any updates or changes before entering the giveaway.
- Parabellum Gear reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the giveaway, as determined by Parabellum Gear in its sole discretion.


By participating, you, the entrant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules.
